FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a new customer I spend a little time talking with them getting to know them and answering any questions they might have. I look at my customers as an extended family and want to make sure I fully understand their needs and wants for their hvac system.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with every type of customer out there from trying to stretch every dollar as far as we can to the customers that just throw money at problems to make the problem disappear. From the happy go lucky to the grumpy old man. I like to think that nothing can surprise me in this field anymore.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should think about the energy efficiency of their system they want or the seer rating. Seer stand for seasonal energy efficiency rating. The higher the seer rating the more expensive. The lowest seer rating that we can install in a new system is 14 seer. Seer goes up into 20+ seer rating and very expensive. All depends on what the customer needs and wants.
