Best garagerepair company I’ve ever used. 5 Stars but would give 10 stars if I could. Prompt; arrived on time. I pointed out my needs (garagedoor not closing with a button push, outdoor or keypad never programmed to allow keypad entry to garage, and needed a second remote. ) All three needs fixed. Alex was professional from the very beginning. Very fast response. Alex is both owner and works the jobs himself.

My garagedoor wouldn’t open. I had researched garagedoors enough to visually look and see one on my door springs was broken.
Garagedoor springs are factory rated with an industry standard 10,000 cycles.
A cycle is considered a complete opening and closing of the garagedoor.
My garagedoor is opened and closed several times a day. I knew my existing springs were rated at 10,000 cycles.
Before Alex came to my home for a quote we discussed the price difference between 10,000 & 40,000 cycle tension springs.
Alex worked with me and gave me several options.
Alex was on time and when he was finished, the door worked the best it ever has. He checked and adjusted everything.
He tightened every bolt/nut on my wooden garage door. Most detailed person I have ever met.

Couldn't be more impressed with Alex. Beyond the quality of work, which was outstanding, I was most impressed with the work ethic. Alex wasn't able to make it to my home until 8 p.m., which he communicated very well upon my initial contact with him. To be honest, I was expecting only a service call and quote due to the late hour, but upon him showing me a very detailed, itemized quote, he offered to perform the repair that night. I needed new rollers, springs, cables, pulleys, etc. He had all of the parts on his truck and completed the repair before 10pm. In summary, Alex is very professional, communicates well and delivers an outstanding quality of work. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garage door repair is hard to quote exact prices without seeing the situation. We do offer a 10% military discount as well as a 5% discount to seniors, teachers, paramedics and essential personnel!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of experience fixing and installing new garage doors and repairing or replacing garage door openers. I am a perfectionist and make sure my work is reliable for years to come!
