- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is scope-based and transparent. Most residential projects start at $15,000 and commercial projects at $25,000. Final pricing depends on scope, timeline, and material selections. We do not provide open-ended estimates or free design work. Any changes after approval are handled through clear, written change orders. There are no hidden fees and we outline everything for you upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take each customer through a set process to ensure no stone is left unturned. We start with a detailed questionnaire to collect important details such as scope, timeline, and budget. We then hop on a video call or conduct an in person site visit to confirm the details received in the questionnaire. After everything is confirmed you will receive an official proposal outlining scope and specific pricing. Once all terms are agreed upon we begin scheduling and procuring for your project based on said terms.

We have worked on projects all the way from large scale commercial painting, to new builds for developers and real estate investors, and anything in-between.
