- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to have standard pricing and bid by the job. I strive to provide tremendous value to my customers while keeping the pricing as easy as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting I like to have a phone call to better determine the customers needs and to schedule their service. My goal is to show the customer how dedicated I am to customer service, and I want to make it as easy as possible from first contact to completed service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a civil engineering degree from Oklahoma State University. My problem solving skills from my engineering background help me diagnose all sorts of problems leading to a quick and efficient solution.
