• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I Do Not quote without seeing what is needed, and I do not charge hourly.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I always prefer to see the project so I can give an accurate price up front. Once the price is finalized then the job can be done, or if needed, scheduled for a future date.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
