I had some repairs I needed done around the interior and exterior of my home. A friend gave me the number to the business the regularly use for all their rental homes.
Modern Concepts Services is the name of the business.
Vic scheduled at time to come out and look it over and give me an estimate.
The job was estimates to take a few days. However, everything was completed in less than 2 days. Completely Professional from start to finish.
Everything was kept neat and tidy throughout the whole process. Quality of work was exceptional! Price- for the quality of work, it seemed a bit low...but that was even better!
I will continue to call Modern Concepts Services anytime I need a hand around the house. Im older now and cant do things much anymore, so Im quite thrilled to finally have a business that goes the extra mile and takes pride in their work.
