First time home buyer here. After the Father's Day storm I had massive damage to my house. I needed a lot of wood repair before the storm, but the storm pushed me to the limit where I needed to arrange multiple contractors, DIY wouldn't cut it. I contacted Roper L.L.C. after a thorough vetting of other wood repair and painting companies. I'm glad I did. Daniel repaired all of the wood on my porch, replaced siding and painted my entire house to my exact specifications. He painted the entire exterior, minus the stone. He also installed a new storm door for me and repaired a rotted cabinet board under my sink. Daniel always confirmed my appointments in advance, showed up on time and worked hard. He presented me multiple options on ways to complete my job, which allowed me to have greater control of the project budget. He was polite and professional the entire interaction. If there was an interruption in service he was always transparent and prioritized getting me back on the schedule. Daniel took great care to keep cost saving measures in mind the entire interaction. When there was an error in color selection when painting the back porch (it didn't match what we agreed on in the contract) Daniel owned the error and made sure it was corrected with no hesitation. When I pointed out any thing that needed correction he made sure to take care of it. He also pivoted with me when the scope of the job changed (I added more things to the job as it went). I've interacted with multiple contractors this year and find that it's a real mixed bag with service. I found that I need someone who does quality work, treats my house like it's their own, keeps my budget in mind, and communicates with me. I found all of these things in Roper L.L.C. and will be using them for my future projects.

Daniel has been there for me since I first purchased my home in 2019. First week, changed out the toilet and added hardware in the bathroom. Cleaned out my dyer vent on the roof. He also painted every room and hung blinds and curtains. He has extended my privacy fence and added a gate. Next on the to-do list is to paint the kitchen cabinets and there is no one else I would trust to-do them. Daniel is considerate, reliable and hard working.

We are so pleased with the quality of work and great experience provided, that we plan on having Mr Roper do further woodwork/repairs on the outside of our home. He replaced roof support posts over our patio that were aging and damaged and now it looks great.
