- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide moving services at an hourly rate, along with a truck fee. We include two movers and all necessary moving equipment in our hourly rate. We provide services from loading, transporting and unloading. Furniture delivery and general heavy lifting is charged at a flat rate. Our rate is calculated according to the total mileage, labor, and number of items the job requires. Junk removal is charged according to the space the items take up in our flatbed. We provide quotes based on photos, or we offer free in-person estimates. Our prices include the cost of labor, dump fees, and mileage.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a 3-1 job that included moving, junk haul offs, and a move out clean. The job took 3 full days, but we took care of the move out from start to finish. Our customer was needing to downsize, and she was stressed and overwhelmed with getting everything done by her move out date. We were happy to be able to take away her stress and provide her seamless service from start to finish. Instead of having to balance three different companies, she was able to schedule it all at once.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest hiring a company that genuinely cares about your needs and your belongings. Moving can be very stressful, often with involving strict deadlines and valuable items. Movers should be there to put your mind at ease, take careful care of your items, and provide honest and dependable service.
