They were very nice. This was a very large and heavy oak roll top desk. They moved it up a pretty steep flight of stairs and set it up in the room we wanted it in. Very reasonable price for the difficulty of the task. Very pleasant people. We will use them again I'm sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide moving services at an hourly rate, along with a truck fee for a two hour minimum. We include two movers and all necessary moving equipment in our hourly rate. We provide services from loading, transporting and unloading.
Furniture delivery is typically charged at a flat rate. Our rate is calculated according to the total mileage, labor, and number of items the job requires. Our labor only services are hourly, with a two hour minimum.
Junk removal is charged according to the space the items take up in our flatbed. We provide quotes based on photos, or we offer free in-person estimates. Our prices include the cost of labor, dump fees, and mileage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever working with a new customer, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss pricing and the needs of the job. Moving and junk removal jobs are never a one-size fits all, each job is unique in its own way and we always want to accommodate each customer’s personal needs. Once the quote is discussed and the job is scheduled, we will show up on time with our professional team and we will not leave until the job is completed and the customer is satisfied!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all sorts of customers! That is one of our favorite parts of the job - no two customers are alike. Each moving or junk removal job has unique circumstances and involve personal situations. Moving often is the result of a big life change, and being able to help with that and listen to each customer’s story is one of the reasons why we love being in this industry.
