- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices on here are discounted by $25, or more. Normally we would charge for mattresses, tires , and some electronics. With that being said we will take one mattress, or two tires, or electronics at no extra charge. But you can only pick one out of the bunch after that you will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when we're working with new clients. Is just to inform them that anwe can't take certain items like oil, antifreeze, paint, and any other household chemicals. And that we charge extra for certain labor, hazardous waste, and to please put up your pets. Just in case they like to run off
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gotten my training through one of the biggest franchises in the nation. Worked for them for about 5 years, and then started my own company. Which I have been doing for almost 6 years now.
