- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
anything over 8inchs tall the price goes up or for one time cuts the price is higher if we expect one time cuts but we normally average are no more yard 30 to 35 that's weed eating edging mowing and blowing anything over average of size the price goes up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Ask What is the work they are wanting and i talk and tell them all about my self and about my business. I make sure i get to know my new customers and i like that the know me as well an they can have trust in my company
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done it for so long 26 years listening paying attention during the nurseries going to seminars and going to home and garden shows has taught me quite a bit of what I know
