- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend Clary Sage College and am almost finished with the Cosmetician program there. My emphasis is on Makeup Artistry and will be receiving my license in May of 2014. I have maintained perfect attendance and a 4.0 GPA. I have also maintained a place in the President's Club because of my outstanding educational performance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for makeup from a young age. During the beginning of my teenage life, I would sneak into my mom's bathroom and experiment with her makeup. Always mixing colors and trying different techniques. It wasn't until recently that I decided to make a career for myself out of my love for makeup.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers knew how much thought and effort goes into providing a great makeup application service. It takes a lot of personal time to assess the client and give them the best results for their specific needs.
