Our experience with NAL movers was great, from Patrick in scheduling and communication to Steven and the young man (sorry didn't write down name) who did the actual move. We definitely will use NAL movers again when needing a move.

The movers were excellent and worked hard. The price was fair. The only thing was they don't come early and were usually later than they said they would be. But overall did a great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our moving rates are labor charges for 2 movers and increase per mover for larger jobs that require bigger crews. Hourly rates do not include truck or fuel charges, or packing materials unless the customer has also requesting packing services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One on one service from the owner. No salespeople or people who just answer the phone. Our owner wants to make sure your move goes well. He will come to your home, and we can do video surveys also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners is a veteran of the US military where he learned a disciplined and systematic approach to missions and adapted that training to a business environment.
