- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and discuss what they're goals are, things they may have tried before. Any prior injury's or surgeries to be aware of. After that, I like to go through a basic assessment based on their response's. Then I talk to them after the assessment and have them tell me how they feel if they felt any pain anywhere and during what exercise if so. We arrange things from there on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current Muay Thai and Kickboxing competitor. 6 years of Physical Fitness and Hand to Hand Combat Military Training. Been apart of Martial Arts and wide variety of physical and nutritional activities since the age of 7. Fitness is my life. And All I want to do is share the happiness I experience with others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Youngest 16 and Oldest 62. I don't believe in limits when it comes to being healthy.
