Introduction: Don't settle for just your average training session. Especially since we don't live in an average world. With me not only will you get the traditional teaching of proper technique, nutritional facts, and a hard working but fun environment to achieve your fitness goal. Learning a wide variety of self defense such as Muay Thai, Boxing, and Military Hand to Hand Combat, which integrates stand up and a very effective grappling style. All of these factors combined will not just get you physically fit, but mentally as well. Just remember...You can't put a price on confidence. The satisfaction I get when my clients are so excited to tell me the changes that they're body has been through and the new healthy habits they've developed, but my favorite is when people realise that they've gone far beyound what they set out to accomplish, achieving that and then-some, always makes me smile.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to sit down and discuss what they're goals are, things they may have tried before. Any prior injury's or surgeries to be aware of. After that, I like to go through a basic assessment based on their response's. Then I talk to them after the assessment and have them tell me how they feel if they felt any pain anywhere and during what exercise if so. We arrange things from there on.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a current Muay Thai and Kickboxing competitor. 6 years of Physical Fitness and Hand to Hand Combat Military Training. Been apart of Martial Arts and wide variety of physical and nutritional activities since the age of 7. Fitness is my life. And All I want to do is share the happiness I experience with others.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Youngest 16 and Oldest 62. I don't believe in limits when it comes to being healthy.
