- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them and letting them ask questions and get to know me. We need to make sure I am a person that will help them to meet their goals. Then, I would really like to do an initial assessment and workout. Lastly, see if it is a good fit, discuss goals and talk about packages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a personal trainer and also complete continuing education research each year. I am working towards a health coach certification, a boxing certification and a NASM certification. I will always work to learn more
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coaching people and fitness is my passion. It's rewarding and I can help people live longer and have a better quality of life.
