I contracted Kendall to do my lights for my wedding reception. We agreed to do both uplighting and string lighting. I will give him credit in that he was very kind and communicative initially! I was excited to work with him. Unfortunately, the day of the event, he arrived several hours late to set up the lights. Upon arrival, he only set up one string of lights and did not do the additional lightning we had discussed or that was in our contract. When I reached out to him after the event to find out what happened, he would not return my calls, texts, or emails. I hope he’ll be able to learn from this experience and continue to grow his business!
