I specialize in home from $100,000 and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a listing agent, we will prepare the appropriate documents to enter into the MLS system. Once listing goes live, I will be responsible for scheduling shows, negotiating sales price and possible repairs after inspections, and then on to the closing table! As a buyer's agent, I will help you get preapproved through a lender, will conduct property searches with your search criteria, once you choose your new home, we will prepare an offer, I will negotiate the offer, inspections, and repairs, then on to the closing table! Sellers pay all commissions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed real estate agent for the past 4 years. Prior to that I was a family law paralegal. I feel that my legal background helps me with reading comprehension, contracts and negotiations.
