- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sales are final. Occasionally, we will offer discounts when multiple services are selected or clients are returning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer must 1st have an initial meeting which we call a discovery discussion. During this initial meeting we will discuss if we are your needs and expectations as well as our needs and expectations as your service provider. This is a good time to determine if we will work well together and can provide you with the best service. At the conclusion of the meeting, we will either give the decision to move forward or provide the next steps. At times it may be necessary to review beyond the call. We will send a proposal with the statement of work (s.o.w.) along with the expected pricing and expected deadline.
