- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have standard roofing prices for Insurance claims. we use insurance pricing minus a reasonable deductible to be at 0$ cost out of pocket for most claims. On out of pocket work, we use a cost plus overhead and profit formula to guarantee the best possible price for competitive roofing material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
take a look at the job site. submit an estimate by email or Us mail. discuss the estimate with customer. Once customer approves the work to be done, we order materials and send our crews out to the job. Every job is inspected by the owner , john, and once the job is satisfactorily completed to the customers preference. we submit our invoice and collect the check. no money is asked for up-front. all jobs are paid upon completion , unless it is a very large project where it would ake longer than 1 week to complete
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with small business emphasis. I have had certifications from shingle manufacturers. i have hands on training in all types of roofing work. Over 30 years of personal experience and most of that in managing roofing employees.
