I highly recommend Fit Forever for all levels of fitness. Fit Forever will build your confidence and your physical/mental stamina all while enjoying working out. I wouldn’t even use the word working out because by the end you realize you’re burning calories, you’ve sweated and you’re craving more. Coach Brad is a wonderful teacher, who is patient and helps you build your abilities. Doesn’t matter if you work out every day, just beginning, or even looking to add more out of your evening walks. With Fit Forever you cannot wait to do more. Your sessions will just just fly by.... I used my Fit Forever training when I went to Yosemite and hiked over 50 miles. Yes, I said 50 miles! :) -

I reached out to Brad for help while in the middle of a couch to 5K app based training due to intense pain that had me on the verge of quitting. He quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me complete the training pain free. I not only ran my first 5K in many years but with coaching from Brad went on to finish three more 5K races lowering my time with each one. And while completed them, I rediscovered the joy and fun of exercise that I had not experienced since my youth. Exercise now was not something I did because it was “good for me” but because it was fun. After completing the 5K races, Brad helped me train and complete an epic and very challenging alpine 90 mile backpacking adventure that had been on my bucket list for many years. By preparing for and completing the adventure, I came to appreciate the “process” of preparing for and completing physical challenges that seem beyond my capability. This appreciation has changed my life and has increased my everyday confidence, resilience and mental capabilities. Brad is the real deal. Not only does he have the deep technical knowledge and coaching experience but articulates in a very positive way only how someone can that has lived thru the training process. I can’t thank him enough for changing my life by making exercise fun again and helping my realize my dreams.

Brad is inspiring and insightful. We set a goal. He plotted the course, and I ran my 1st 5K at 58 yrs old. This is HUGE, as I wasn't even able to run around a football field as a teenager!

Brad Carlson is truly an inspiring individual. He has overcome many obstacles in his life and understands real struggle. He turned to fitness at a time when life was really trying to knock him down. He realized that the broken pieces in his life are a chance to put together something new. His courage and perseverance will also inspire and motivate you to want to find your fit forever. He offers a step by step approach that is tailored to each individual as well as his experience and expertise. If you are looking for someone that understands your struggle and you are looking to lose your quit then I would highly recommend Brad and his Fit Forever program.
