- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we don't have a complicated pricing system just simple cut and dry..We undercut others prices so were willing to neg..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go out look at the project get a bid on it then speak to client give them approximate date we can start and finish job and what it details and if any money is needed for parts or supplies..We draw up work orders if customer accepts we start right away on job and once done we ask customer if everything looks acceptable then we collect our money after job is finished..If something isn't satisfactory we do our best to correct the mistake..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a variety of jobs and have extensive years of training from on job training to some schooling..
