I have used Backwoods many times on my rentals. Very knowledgeable at finding out the issue and has all the tools for the job! Which sometimes is hard to find on a plumber. Shelby orders the parts in a timely manner and fixes it rather quick. I reccomend Backwoods for any plumbing needs.
