What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will serve our Military with 10% off any project as they served our country. Thank you for your bravery and dedication.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will discuss what it is that the customer is needing and expecting on there project. Then we would schedule a site visit for notes and measurements. After site visit we would present a free detailed and exact quote for the customer to look over. Finally we will schedule the project so that it will benefit the customers timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction management (OSU) Certified in Construction C.V.V. 10+ years in residential/commercial construction.(Nasert/Crossland)
