Carter Flooring was very helpful with helping us decide on which flooring would be best for us. They brought samples of different styles of flooring and were able to help us find the best one for our house and budget. The floors look amazing! Carter Flooring did a great job at our house. We had them install hardwood in our living room and hallways and it looks great! The guys were on time in the morning and completed the work on schedule. They also had the best price!

My project was completed on time. They even completed the job from a prior flooring project that was not completed. The price was fair he did not overcharge. I love my floors, will hire again for future projects

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
usually I come out to the project/ customers home. I will bring flooring samples if the customer hasn't made that decision yet, or would like a little help deciding what floor covering would be best for their needs. I'll get some measurements of the areas that need installed and work up a quote. most estimates only take about 5 or 10 minutes.
