Hello, my name is Michael and as a 15 year IT professional I feel I have seen it all. I have a passion for IT and even more I have a passion for problem-solving. I believe that's what sets me apart. This isn't just a job for me but I genuinely love the puzzle presented and cultivating relationships with my clients. My career started in the USAF, and that lead me to graduating in 2012 with my BS degree in Networking. I currently reside in Oklahoma City metro area, and to provide in-home services. Clients can come to me if they wish, and I also offer remote services. The services can be over the phone, or (my preference) we do a screen share that way we can see the exact same thing, and there is no guess work or wasted time. If your issue is, "I don't have Internet connectivity." I may have a hard time helping remotely, but we can walk through some things over the phone. I offer a wide range of services, and am very confident that I can fit your budget while delivering spectacular results. SERVICES PROVIDED: (Not a full list) Data Recovery Did you just purchase a new device, and need your files transferred. I can help you with that. I have all the tools and software to make sure we get all your precious videos and pictures transferred to your new device safely. Virus Removal This is a tricky one as some devices can be pretty pesky. I do have a wider array of tools at my disposal that can get those nasty viruses off of your machine. Network Support & Install Did you just get some new equipment for home? Maybe a brand new router? I have a BS degree in network management and it is one of my strengths. Let me come in and set up your network with usability and security in mind. Cabling I am very experienced with cabling and termination. I have been fortunate enough to wire homes, and even buildings. Creating a cabled network helps with things like lag, and provide a more consistent internet experience. Hardware & Software Support I have extensive experience in hardware and component diagnosis and replacement. Everything from RAM, power supplies, CD drives, WIFI adapters. If we can get it diagnosed to a part, we can collectively come up with a solution. Blue screen of death (BSOD) Everyone's worst nightmare! Don't fret. Allow me the opportunity to diagnos your machine, and maybe even get your information off before it's lost forever. Full System Builds Gamer?! You may know just as much as I do, but if you have questions, let's get under the hood in tandem and make sure you are not going to have to deal with any lagging issues. One-time or Continual Lessons MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc) I've been a mac user for 10 years, but use windows for my career. I am very capable at helping teach those that choose to cross platforms. Shopping Help I will help you decide what you are looking for based on your usage and desires. I can do the research for you and work within your parameters (price, size, features) to find deals that I think will suite your needs. Working with me you will learn that I am extremely straight forward. With that said…I am trying to get more proficient at replacing screens for devices. I am offering this service for free (customer pays for screen and/or digitizer) and I will do the labor for free. This of course will not be offered forever, but I am attempting to perfect the craft in this area. I am also trying to work into more audio/visual setups. I look forward to working with you.
