Owner operated so all issues can be handled directly. We utilize rotating head to get a deep clean not just surface. We have a see through suction hose so we know when the area is completely clean and free of soapy residue.
I enjoy the thought of helping a home sale because the carpets are fresh and clean. The idea of a family playing on the floor knowing they are not laying around on old dust and who knows what else is left behind. Everyone should be able to enjoy family time on the floor playing games or just relaxing.
