I couldn't be more impressed with Brenden's work! He completed all the repairs I needed with exceptional skill and attention to detail. He installed my new smoke/CO2 detector, replaced my back door doorknob, fixed the exterior flashing, caulked around the dryer vent pipe, replaced a window screen, and installed a new outdoor outlet cover - all efficiently and professionally. What truly impressed me was that Brenden went above and beyond in multiple ways. He noticed my gate latch was installed incorrectly - something I hadn't even mentioned - and took the initiative to fix it properly. He also applied WD40 to the new door knob and dead bolt to ensure smooth operation for years to come. These thoughtful extras demonstrate his commitment to quality and longevity in his work.
