Introduction: We are extremely invested in each event. We have one goal and that is to make sure our clients and their guests enjoy their event and talk about about it for many months (and in many cases, for years to come). Our food and wine is locally sourced, our catering equipment (china, glass, silver & service ware) is of the highest quality and our attention to detail is what our clients come to appreciate! I truly enjoy meeting with my clients and listening to their ideas. I than add in some of my ideas, walk them through a menu and the entire event. I create in their minds a vision of what their day will be like (mainly elegant and worry-free with delicious food and beverages for all). My #1 goal after this meeting is to live up to their expectations and make this the best day ever!
