About this pro
I was fortunate enough to have world renown mentors. Norman Seeff was the closest and most influential mentor who photographed many of the album covers in the 70's & 80's (e.g. Rolling Stones, Kiss, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles and more). I worked with Richard Avedon and learned a great deal from many photographers from the Film days about human behavior and really drawing out the creativity in your subjects. This has helped me not only draw out my subjects but the client themselves. One of the most important things in working with any artist is communication. We do this very well. I would be no where without my team so I suppose what separates us from them.... is my team. :) Working with people! :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our costs are based on the deliverables needed. Companies that hire our services will pay a day rate for each member of the team (e.g. hair, makeup, stylist etc.) and in some cases equipment rentals. In the cases where individuals are looking for a more basic photography service we provide standard day rates based on what deliverables are required (e.g. DVD, prints, website, archives etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I subscribe to the latest podcast online, all my training is kept up to date from courses on Lynda.com and I have some GREAT mentors.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father put a camera and two lenses in my hand and pointed to the ocean and said "Take a look through the camera, pay attention to the meter on the right and when you like what you see.... take the picture." My father taught me to shoot the way I see and I have never stopped.
