Josh is very knowledgable. He was able to install my dog door and fix my pond pump. He tried for a few hours to work with what I'd bought, when I'd bought the wrong dog door to install. Finally he recommended I buy the correct one. He was very patient and came back to finish the job when it took another visit. I would definitely use Josh for his skills anytime.
