- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our inspection fees are typically based on the size of the home, condition of the home, age of the home and location of the home. We are not a franchise, so we can keep our prices at a reasonable rate. On the other hand, we are not the cheapest inspection company either. We believe in the old saying, "You get what you pay for". If it's a cheap inspector you want, then we can't help you. We feel you deserve the best Home Inspection possible because after all, a home purchase could be the biggest investment you'll ever make.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire your Home Inspector based on experience, not price. We are classroom trained and have been inspecting homes full time since 2002. We have inspected homes in California as well as Oregon, everything from 500 sqft condos to 6500 sqft estates. We have over 25 years of experience in the building industry. We use a state-of-the-art computer program for our reports and have them to you the same day as the inspection. If you hire the cheapest inspector, you will get the cheapest inspection and probably the most inexperienced inspector. We think you deserve better than that, don't you?
