- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
APPLIANCE DIAGNOSTIC 79$ If you don't know exactly what needs to be fixed, our Pro will diagnose the problem for you. If you choose to perform the repair, the cost of the diagnostic will go towards the cost of the service Hire our Pros to repair your appliances. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.

– MST Certification – Certification in the following courses: Core Appliance Repair, Advanced Refrigerator Repair, Advanced Oven and Range Repair, Advanced Washer and Dryer Repair, and Advanced Troubleshooting courses. – HVAC courses – Samsung manufacturer courses – EPA universal licenses
