I bought a new house with white carpet. Three days before move in I realized it was filthy and smelled of dog pee. I was able to schedule Eric for the next morning . He did a fabulous job. The carpet is clean and sparkling white.

Eric proactively contacted me to let me know he was running late. When he showed up, he went right to work and was very thorough. Although I had to leave before the job was completed, he trusted me to mail him a check the next day, which I did after inspecting his work. We had a very dirty, mossy driveway, walkway and porch, which he cleaned perfectly and made sure all residual dirt was also removed.

Lowest bid. Showed up within minutes of expected time and were ready to start working immediately. He used a very powerful pressure washer that cleaned well and quickly. He checked with me several times as the work progressed and then led me on one final walk around to assure my satisfaction. All work was quite satisfactory.
