the IT stayed in contact and had a very reasonable price for repair for my daughters MAC and he picked up and returned item when he said and I highly recommend his service. My daughter is so happy to have her MAC book working again for school.I am having him fix some other items as we were so pleased with his service. highly recommend!!

We called Jeff in the morning and described the problem we were having with our PC. He came out a few hours later and helped us problem solve until we got things working properly. He also said that if anything new comes up to text him and hell come back again. He can help with anything electronic: PCs, laptops, tablets, cell phones, TVs, etc. I love how quickly he was able to come over and how he made sure all of our needs were met before finishing up. He was patient, friendly and super knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling him the next time we need help!

Jeff is absolutely superb. He came the same day I called him. He was very thorough. The problem I had with my computer was a bit challenging and he came three times to work on it. He kept coming until he solved the problem for good. Jeff is a friendly guy who really knows his stuff and is dedicated to providing the best possible service. I have given him five stars here but he really deserves ten.

I Highly Recommend!! They will be my only IT help from now on. I purchased a home with a Wi-Fi network built in. I had 2 different techs come before On-Site IT who couldn't figure out how to even approach it. James came and figured it out quickly! I was so relieved that he was so knowledgeable about this strange system and it was completed within the minimum cost. James was lovely and a great communicator. Fantastic Company!
