- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum amount we charge for small projects which is $4,500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Give us a call or fill out a form on our website 2. One of our team members will reach out to you to schedule an estimate with a date and time that works for you, this is when we obtain your address, email address to send a quote to, project details, and phone number. 3. We show up at our appointment time to review your project 4. Estimate will be sent via email with details and scope of work/pricing in 3-5 business days after your appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amuleki Moala, the owner of Pacific NW Concrete, grew up working in his father's family business. From there, he branched out and worked in concrete construction at a local commercial contracting company for 9 years. In 2020 he decided to branch out and start his own company Pacific NW Concrete. Shellsea Bowen is our admin and handles permitting, inspections, invoicing, billing, and scheduling project start dates and estimate scheduling. She has a degree in accounting and has 6 years experience working as administration in construction field.
