Julio and his team (Rachel, Julian and Judy) were great! I met Julio five years ago but ultimately decided to hold off on replacing our fence. He came by again a few weeks ago to assess our fence that had been finally toppled by our recent ice storm. They worked quickly, tirelessly and were able to complete everything in three days. It looks so much better and is much more secure now. They made the extra effort to make sure everything was to our liking. I cannot recommend them enough and I'm glad I was able to find them again after all these years. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for my future fencing needs.

I received a quick response from J2 Premier Fencing and the repair was made on the scheduled day. They took extra time to make sure the fallen panel was put back securely and in line with the rest of the fence. It looks great and I am very happy with the work. I definitely recommend these folks.

Julio is great! Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The job ended up costing more than the original bid, due to unforseen terrain issues, but the fence looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing differs on the materials and style of fencing you desire. Each material is priced differently and each style requires particular labor/labor hours. For this reason it is important for me to meet and speak with the customer to know exactly what they are wanting so that I may provide them with the best price possible.
To give you an idea, Fencing is charged by linear foot. and in that price are included materials and labor for the particular style and materials requested.
Concrete is charged by square footage also dependent on the finish and grade of concrete desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet my new customers on a personal level and walk through their project together and listen to their ideas and requests. I will then assess and evaluate the project and provide my feedback and suggestions if needed. My overall objective is to bring the project to life as the customer envisions it. If hired, I then provide a start date and keep them informed through each stage of the project so they too can see the project take form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience working in fence installation with an uncle of mine who runs his own fencing company and gained the concrete installation experience working with my father who has years of experience working with concrete.
