- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by finding out what the client is looking for, not just the work they want done. I tell them up front if it's something I can do. Then we work out a schedule. Estimates are typically free, but depends on the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed journeyman electrician. I completed a state sanctioned apprentice program.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired by a customer of mine when I was selling electrical supplies. Made the switch to the other side of the counter and haven't regretted it since!
