- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the client on site to discuss the full scope of the project in detail. Once the project has been discussed, I will either provide a written bid on the spot for small or standard services or projects, or within 24 hours for more complex projects. For some services or tasks I will provide a flat day rate, or an hourly rate.

Many years of watching, learning and listening to wise and talented craftsmen.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always liked creating, and building or making things is satisfying to me.
