- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I started this job because I like to make people's lives a little easier and more comfortable. Many clients appreciate having their home clean and tidy, and that motivates me to give my best in every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients to learn about their needs and expectations. During this visit, I also do an assessment to determine the time and materials needed. This usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience in professional cleaning where I have worked in different types of homes and with clients with different needs, adapting to expectations and maintaining a high standard of quality.
