- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Cleaning Prices: 1 bedroom/1-2 baths: $90 - $145 2 bedroom/1-3 baths: $150 - $190 3 bedroom/2-3 baths: $180 - $285 4+ bedroom/2-4 baths: $300 - $475 Deep cleaning would include extras such as cleaning the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets, windows and baseboards. This will require an additional $50 - $100 depending on the condition of the house but this is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer $20 discount for our new customers. Our process includes going over all our services and give the customer an opportunity to select for any extra services. We will review our policies for any breakages and payment details.
