Fil and his team made the process of cleaning out our family home seamless. They really live up to their name - Caring! My brother inherited the house we all grew up in, and while it was well maintained, it had 65 years of living and accumulating in it. As the Personal Representative of my brother's estate, the thought of figuring out how to empty it for sale was overwhelming. Fil made it easy, because he let the family go through and take whatever we wanted to and then did EVERYTHING else and for much less than I had expected. He has so many resources, and even arranged for a very old scrap metal vehicle to be removed. I've already referred him to a several clients (I'm a Realtor).

During the stressful time of moving an elderly relative from her home of decades, Caring Transitions was a godsend. Without their help I would not have been able to do this. This was a fun experience and I am looking foward to more sales in the future. As a newbie I did struggle a bit trying to understand the process from beginning to end when we actually picked up the winning bids but now I think I have it figured out and can't wait for more . The folks running the auctions are very kind and helpful as well. A pleasure to work with. Everything that I won was in a group ready for me to pick up as well.
