- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen. I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I assess the property (either on-site or through photos), provide a clear and detailed estimate, and explain the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work efficiently and professionally, and finish with a walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, and property maintenance, combined with continuous learning on best practices, safety standards, and local regulations. I stay up to date on proper techniques, materials, and tools to ensure quality workmanship. Sunrise Construction & Landscaping LLC operates in compliance with local and state requirements, and I take pride in doing work the right way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started through hands-on experience at a young age, learning construction, landscaping, and property maintenance from family members who worked in the trades. Over the years, I continued developing my skills through real-world projects, helping homeowners and property managers with repairs, yard maintenance, and improvements. That foundation, combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, led me to officially launch Sunrise Construction & Landscaping LLC to better serve my local community.
