My interactions with Victor and crew started out great. They were quick to perform an assessment of what my yard would require and produced a reasonable quote. They showed up, got the initial work done as scheduled, and made a plan to come out twice more to spray for blackberries and noxious weeds. I opted to pay after the first phase of spraying, with a plan for him to return to finish the job. And of course, after being paid, he did not return to finish the job. He was supposed to be back on Saturday, July 18th. And was a no call/no show. The lack of consideration to not even text or call is unacceptable. I'll work with reschedules, even late contacts, but there was zero effort to reach out about being unavailable. I won't be scheduling with him for future work, which is disappointing.
