I offer a free initial consultation (usually 30 minutes) to ensure that we are a good fit, and work to schedule online or phone sessions at times convenient for you.
At this time, I do not accept insurance. Each person’s journey and needs are different, so the number of sessions for each person is different. As a result, services are on a private-pay basis after each individual session with no long-term contract.
