- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for packages and more services booked. Also my trials for hair and makeup is very affordable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions of what look they want for hair and makeup. How many people will need services, time line and location. I break everything down for them and begin a contract to lock in the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my esthetics license and makeup certification over 12 years ago. I also eventually became a trainer myself in the field.
