I've been working with Josh since I reached out to him about losing some weight. I'm to an age where I feel I need to get more serious about health. I'm not super young anymore and I can't just go on a 30 day diet and lose 10-15 pounds like I used to. I knew I needed to make changes to how I approach exercise and nutrition.... and with being quarantined at home I couldn't just go find a personal trainer at a gym. I was skeptical of the whole Zoom fitness coach aspect but it's worked out really well. Josh has helped me make changes to how I approach my life, especially how I eat and exercise. So far I'm down about 14 pounds.

Josh is a great trainer. He has a vast knowledge of different exercises and I have had great results working with him. He will challenge you and help you achieve your goals. His training goes beyond the gym and he has great advice on dieting as well.

Joshua was a great coach! My husband and I went through his program together. The weekly check ins held us accountable and it is good that he can share personal experiences of his own weight loss journey so he knew exactly what we had been going through and had a tip for everything. He takes a whole body/mind approach so he doesn’t just focus on an exercise or diet but rather he looks at all your stressors - sleep, work, etc - and designs a plan to fit your lifestyle.

Joshua’s knowledge and experience in physical training guided me toward my fitness goals. We worked on bodybuilding and boxing and he was well versed in both areas. He helped me build my strength and body and improve my boxing technique. During our work together he listened to my feedback and adapted to my needs. I highly recommend Joshua!
