Between Ryan and Liam, ReBrand has more than 13 years of experience achieving results with all body types and fitness levels. We aim to educate, teach, and build lasting life changes. So eventually, you are capable of doing it on your own. ReBrand is in association with TTP Fitness, a private training facility located in Beaverton, OR, where we have all the necessary workout and body imaging equipment to set you up for success.

I worked out with Liam for 6 months and he doesn't just bring motivation to the table, he gives you clear and detailed workouts, posture guidance, as well as diet plans and tips. Any time I had questions about supplements for Macro quantities he would be very responsive and knowledgeable. He also debunked a lot of the things I thought about nutrition, in the nicest way possible. He is an amazing trainer and person and I still rely on him as a resource for my current training goals.

I have been training with Ryan for years. For good reason. He keeps me honest about my food habits and pushes me hard every workout - which is what I need. I appreciate his reminders to track my nutrition and exercise without being overbearing. He met me “where I was” in my journey after I had ignored my health for a long time, helping me make a plan that allowed my middle-aged body to grow (and shrink) in the ways I desired. I have no regrets about working with Ryan and would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation. The pics are the closest thing to a “before” progress photo I was willing to take, and a fairly recent pic.

Ryan just isn't a trainer, he's THE TRAINER! I couldn't have asked for a better guy to help me along with my fitness journey. His knowledge is vast and he understands the highs and lows you go through as he's been through the process too. He strikes the right balance of disciplined effort and charming goofball: he knows how to get your to push yourself and then will serenade way out of tune mere seconds later. Training with Ryan has helped me refine my skill set, add new tools, and shown me what I'm capable of accomplishing when I set my mind to it and push myself just a wee bit more all while enjoying the process. You won't regret training with Ryan and will have a killer time with a big smile.

Ryan is a fantastic personal trainer. He really focused on what I wanted to acheive and tailored everything around that. I really appreciated that he would listen and pay attention to what excersizes I disliked or if something was starting to hurt/feel off and he would pivot to something different. Having a trainer that listens to the things going on in your life and understands how those things impact your workouts is great. He is incredibly flexible but keeps you honest and focused. I cant recommend Ryan enough!
