Between Ryan and Liam, ReBrand has more than 13 years of experience achieving results with all body types and fitness levels. We aim to educate, teach, and build lasting life changes. So eventually, you are capable of doing it on your own. ReBrand is in association with TTP Fitness, a private training facility located in Beaverton, OR, where we have all the necessary workout and body imaging equipment to set you up for success.

Ryan Songbird worked with me on my personal training goals for months now, and seeing the progress that I've made in that short of a time frame has blown away all my expectations He's a very well rounded trainer, with a wealth of knowledge on diet and routines that work for your body anatomy. He also pays attention to any prior injuries, and offers good form advice to reduce aggravating those injuries. Overall, I'm highly impressed with Ryan as a personal trainer and anyone who is looking for an attentive, knowledgeable, and reliable personal trainer should look no further.

I worked out with Liam for 6 months and he doesn't just bring motivation to the table, he gives you clear and detailed workouts, posture guidance, as well as diet plans and tips. Any time I had questions about supplements for Macro quantities he would be very responsive and knowledgeable. He also debunked a lot of the things I thought about nutrition, in the nicest way possible. He is an amazing trainer and person and I still rely on him as a resource for my current training goals.

I’ve been training with Ryan for four months and have enjoyed every session. Ryan is knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive when communicating. Each workout varies from week to week which helps to keep things fresh. He also pushes me to my limits while also being a positive source of encouragement.

I've been working out with Ryan for over 6 months now and it's been an amazing journey so far. A journey where I shed 20 lbs and still going strong. Ryan knows the perfect balance between when and how to push you so you get the maximum benefit out of every session. The sessions are always demanding and leave you with a sense of accomplishment but they're also fun and casual, so you actually want to do it again in a couple of days. I've never been a gym rat or anything (nor am I one now) but I'm definitely more confident and comfortable to workout at the gym and I can see myself closing in on my goals.

Ryan just isn't a trainer, he's THE TRAINER! I couldn't have asked for a better guy to help me along with my fitness journey. His knowledge is vast and he understands the highs and lows you go through as he's been through the process too. He strikes the right balance of disciplined effort and charming goofball: he knows how to get your to push yourself and then will serenade way out of tune mere seconds later. Training with Ryan has helped me refine my skill set, add new tools, and shown me what I'm capable of accomplishing when I set my mind to it and push myself just a wee bit more all while enjoying the process. You won't regret training with Ryan and will have a killer time with a big smile.
