One of her many standout attributes is that Elisa responds immediately to any requests/concerns even a year after the sale of our house. I should have written this review a long time ago. I own or am involved in several companies and have worked with Elisa on several occasions, and have been impressed with her attention to detail and care. Our construction company over saw a fairly large and complicated job at her home, well, I/we could not have asked for a better client. Elisa's communication and direction was 1st class. Elisa's many years in the real estate industry and customer service was truly apparent she was amazing to work with. I wanted to give Elisa a big Thanks! She has been so helpful, and very patient. I contacted her months ago in regards to a condo that I wanted to sell. Construction upgrades were happening and it was months before I could actually put the condo up on the market. She has been with me, guiding me through the entire process. When I had my first offer fall through because of a financing fail, she was very encouraging and optimistic. In less than a week, I had another offer. If I have any more real estate dealings in the future, my first call will be to Elisa. I, also, want to note that Elisa helped my mother sell her home, 7 years ago. It was sold in just a couple of days.
