Spencer is very responsive and professional. He quickly grasped what was needed and had me up and running in nearly no time. He introduced me to Logitech’s Harmony remote and assisted me with the setup. Very happy with the final results and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for help with future projects.

He was great!! We had the mount ready but was uneasy to install it as it was over the fireplace. He came in and installed it no problem and it took way less time then I thought. He was considerate as far as placement and I could not be happier.
