I used Advanced Commercial Cleaning to help me clean up a rental house that got trashed by a previous occupant. They really brought the place back to life and saved me hours of cleaning time. I really wanted this experience to go much better. Right up front I will say they responded very fast to my request and showed up. I had requested a deep cleaning on an empty property that we purchased for my elderly mother. I noted the extras I wanted done. If you want someone to do a wipedown these are your people. If you want an actual deep clean look elsewhere. I spent THREE HOURS after they left cleaning the areas I requested THEY clean. I did in all honesty pay them, but it was to get them out of the house. I could tell by all the many things that weren't even barely touched that if I asked them to do them they must have never been properly taught how to deep clean. It looked like one of the three attempted to do some of the cleaning but quit after a wipe down and the others must have been reading a book the entire time. Baseboards had caked food around them. Toilets left with previous owners urine on them. Shower and bathtub still grimy. Window tracks cleaned in center but corners caked with grime. Dishwater filthy all around inside of door and out, wall behind stove sticky and dirty. Outside of stove on bottom of door sticky and dirty. Blinds wiped but damp grime on them. Linoleum floors filthy with debris ALL OVER them. I didn't want to give them a chance to do them over as I could tell by the looks on their faces that they just had no clue what deep cleaning means.

Robbie, I'm terribly sorry that you had a bad experience I was told that a walk threw was done with you. At that time if you would have mentioned the things you where unhappy with my team would have been more then happy to fix them for you. Being that you signed off on a form stating that you where satisfied with the job and gave my team a $40 tip. This review comes as a surprise. Again I apologize and we would be more then happy to reclean your property at no cost of course.
